Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for Selling IIT/JEE/Neet courses/test prep/study materials to students and parents over the call. Must have excellent communication skills and currently working in the targeted companies mentioned.

Education

  • Graduation degree mandatory
  • Backlogs and Dropouts are not eligible
  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) preferred
  • Last Sem and Result pending students can be hired as a contractual employee for 6 months to 1 year- Post graduation completion they will be converted as a permanent employee

Experience

  • 6 months to 5 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing mandatory
  • Experience from- Unacademy, Akash Digital, FIITJEE, Vidya Mandir Classes, Ugrad, Any other Edtech which is into IIT/JEE/NEET course selling
  • Candidates having internship Exp of 3-4 months from given companies are eligible

Age

  • 20 - 40 yrs

Ownership

  • Laptop required
  • Good Internet Connection along with Laptop/Desktop is must

Communication

  • Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
  • Fluent Hindi skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write

  • No Re-hiring policy, if already worked in EM won't be hired again

Job Description

  • Selling Test Prep Online study materials / other company products through intensive calling
  • Converting the lead generated through the online marketing efforts of the company.
  • Analyzing the current sales process and systems to improve customer outreach and pipeline management.
  • Executing operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met.
  • Working as an individual contributor to meet targets and deadlines
  • 30- 40 Calls per day need to be made, all leads will be provided by the company
