Digital / Social Media Marketing Manager: Responsible for all marketing initiatives including:

Creating Content – Shooting videos and photos of Construction site in progress.
Review content created by content writers for email campaigns, press releases, news articles, blogs, YouTube videos etc.
Managing the Company Website and Social Media accounts.
Social Media Marketing - on Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)o Generation of Sales Leads through Digital Media Marketing.
Co-ordination with Sales Team for conversion of Sales Leads forwarded.
Planning and scheduling Content Marketing Calendar for our syndicated market reports, events and other offerings
Ownership of all marketing materials like brochures, samples and corporate PPTs • Ensure marketing materials are formatted as per company’s brand guidelines and schedule.

• Desired Skills and Experience:

Digital Marketing experience of at least 2 years - preferably in an Real Estate industry o Content writing/editing with impeccable spelling and grammar o Good understanding of design to ensure that all creative output complies with the overall marketing strategy
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

• Target – Sales Leads Target in assigned marketplaces

• Candidate should be having excellent English writing skills.

• Candidates from E-commerce / Digital Marketing sector would be preferred for this role

• Candidates with Google (SEO) certification would be preferred for this role

• Candidates must be good with MS Office – Word, PPT Excel knowledge needed

• Excellent communication skills
