Job Summary And Responsbilities
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Managing a broad range of projects and initiatives. Similar to internal consulting, the role is diverse and involves significant organization and multi-tasking.
- acilitate management meetings, managing agendas, content and follow-ups Responsible for logistics of divisional meetings (e.g., townhalls, business planning, onsites, etc.)
- Responsible for reporting across various divisional initiatives including Required Absence, Managing Director roundtables, etc.
- Responsible for all divisional communications including development of talking points, review and editing, Townhalls, VP meetings, updates to external divisions
- Responsible for providing regular updates on division’s key highlights – will be used for updates to visitors, senior leadership
- Responsible for driving critical analytics – on key people related metrics. Needs to be proficient in Excel and ability to drive analytics through Excel tools
- Drive regional initiatives like – space planning, ground transportations and any other cross regional initiatives that may come up from time to time
- Managing PMD visits– including driving the agenda and key topics that need to get in front of the PMD
- Responsible for Role Management Data Maintenance, reporting and ad hoc inquiry management
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of experience in financial services
- Candidate must be comfortable in a high-pressured environment
- Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, control mind-set and attention to detail
- Aptitude for building relationships, along with the ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal and external clients with differing levels of product experience
- Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects and tasks, has strong organizational skills and effectively manages competing priorities
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and presentations skills
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Fast learner with the ability to process large amounts of information to determine operational requirements and potential issues.
