Job Description
Role and Responsibility –
1. Responsible for inward RM, BOP material inspection.
2. Responsible for making incoming SIR, Quality Plan, SOP/WI of parts, Layout Inspection, Quality Alerts, Daily review meeting.
3. Responsible for handling the supplier issues, why-why analysis, solving them with effectiveness.
4. Knowledge of drawing reading, sampling plan, GD&T characteristics understanding, the precise instruments handling.
5. Able to handle suppliers independently, supplier visits, supplier improvements.
6. Responsible for handling all the ISO/IATF audit documentation.
7. Responsible for handling supplier new project documents, Supplier PPAP.
8. Responsible for Supplier rejection control, Supplier PPM, Supplier monthly rating.
9. Knowledge of P-FMEA, APQP, Control plan, SPC, MSA, 8D/CAPA, 5S, is must.
10. Responsible for Supplier Audits, 3rd party lab testing.
11. Ensure traceability of materials with respect to purchase orders, delivery challans, and batch numbers.
12. Tag accepted/rejected materials clearly and follow the appropriate material disposition procedures.
