Job Description
* Monitor the in-process quality in respective section by conducting periodic product audits
* Conduct patrol inspection as per schedule & review check sheets filled by inspectors
* Prepare dimensional report / PQCS/ critical parameters etc. periodically
* Check quality of the components- inline and off line and ensure that all components that move to next process are as per the required dimensional parameters
* Supervise tool & die changeovers, and prepare loading/unloading report
* Ensure that all output classified as Rework is sent back to the production team immediately
