1. To plan daily jobs effectively for maximum production & less wastage.
2. Involved in Production for the resource planning
3. Maximum utilization of materials and consumables.
4. To do the product analysis for improvement.
5. To organize the materials and consumables for the production activity.
6. To make sure of delivery of the finished goods in time with minimum cost.
7. To meet production schedules as per TAA
8. To Coordinate and engage from client requirements to finished products
9. To coordinate and get the day in and day out plan for production.
10. Supervise process improvements / cost reduction / reducing wastages in co-ordination with production team.
11. To build rapport with customers
12. Vendor management
13. To follow safety norms and abide by the security standards
14. To meet 5 S Standards
