Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-the-Job Training

Learn and apply technical skills related to machinery, equipment maintenance, electrical, or mechanical operations under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist senior technicians with routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of systems or machinery.

Gain hands-on experience by supporting troubleshooting tasks and ensuring the optimal performance of equipment.
2. Support in Equipment Maintenance

Assist in performing preventive maintenance checks on equipment and machinery.

Report any malfunctioning or potential issues to the senior technician or supervisor.

Document maintenance activities, repairs, and any observations in the system.
3. Work in Compliance with Safety Standards

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while working with tools and machinery.

Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace hazards and risks.

Participate in safety training and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
4. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repair work, and operational logs.

Assist in preparing reports related to technical activities, machine performance, and safety checks.

Participate in daily or weekly team meetings to discuss work progress, challenges, and learning outcomes.
5. Collaboration with the Team

Work in collaboration with other team members and departments to accomplish tasks efficiently.

Participate in team projects and share knowledge gained through training.

Support more experienced workers with projects, tasks, and maintenance schedules.
