Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate and convert leads into property sales through direct marketing.
- Conduct field visits, cold calling, and promotional activities.
- Engage with potential buyers to explain property features, benefits, and pricing.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Arrange and conduct site visits, property tours, and meetings.
- Provide clients with market insights, investment options, and guidance.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Implement direct marketing strategies, including flyer distribution and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for advertising, online campaigns, and branding.
- Participate in real estate expos, property shows, and networking events.
Reporting & Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain client databases, call logs, and follow-up records.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
