Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Sales Advisor to join our growing team. As a DSA, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services directly to customers through field visits, personal interactions, and telephonic follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, target-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about sales.
The Direct Sales Advisor acts as the face of the company, helping customers understand the products, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring maximum sales conversion.
Attend walk-in customers, explain products, and convert them into policy buyers.
Do cold calling to reach new customers and promote insurance services.
Make service calls to existing customers, ensure good after-sales support, and generate references.
Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of insurance/finance (training will be provided).
