Direct Sales Associate
Job Description
Need to Book the Subscription Renewals and Fresh Booking, Have an Opportunity to earn Min. Rs. 15000/- PM to Rs. 50,000/- (+) PM, Target Based Incentives Applicable
Key Responsibilities:
1. Subscription Sales – Fresh and Renewals:

Promote and sell newspaper subscriptions (primarily The Times of India) in assigned residential societies, apartments, and commercial hubs.

Reach out to existing subscribers for renewals and offer upgraded packages, combo offers, or value-added services.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for new sign-ups and renewals as defined by the management.
2. Door-to-Door Sales Execution:
-
Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned routes or pin codes, pitch subscription plans, and convince potential customers to subscribe.

Provide complete details of the offer, pricing, and payment terms to customers in a transparent manner.

Collect necessary customer information and documentation (if required) accurately.
3. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:

Build positive relationships with potential and existing subscribers.

Handle queries regarding delivery, payment modes, service coverage, or newspaper bundles.

Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure customer satisfaction post-subscription.
4. Documentation & Reporting:

Fill out subscription forms, collect payments (if offline), and ensure documentation is error-free.

Submit daily sales reports to the Area Manager, including new subscriptions, renewals, rejections, and customer feedback.

Use digital apps or mobile tools (if provided) to update subscription records in real-time.
5. Field Events & Kiosk Promotion:

Participate in promotional drives, roadshows, apartment activations, and society campaigns organized by the marketing team.

Set up kiosks at malls, railway stations, or local markets to generate leads and close subscriptions on the spot.

Distribute promotional material (brochures, flyers) and explain newspaper plans clearly.
