Job Description
Primary roles of the DSE include but is not restricted to:
1. Creation and execution of PJP in a timely and orderly fashion.
2. Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
3. Maintain cordial and amicable relations with customers.
4. Track DSO to maintain optimum cash flow.
5. Upsell and Cross-sell products.
6. Occasionally support MSR with sales activities.
7. Must be able to communicate BAS's promotions and other information to client smoothly.
Job requirements:
1. Must be a Highly energetic and motivated person.
2. Open to learning and change.
3. 1-2 years experience in Field Sales, preferably with the automotive segment.
4. Must be able to work under sales pressure.
5. 90% travelling is demanded from the job, primarily focussing on Thrissur and Ernakulam.
Salary:
1. CTC between Rs. 1,80,000 to 2,40,000 PA.
