Job Description
Designation: Direct Sales Executive
1. Identify walk-in customers at the store and convert them into a painting business
2. At home consultation, Product/Shade selection support, and quotation sharing
3. Coordinate with the painting contractor and give a work schedule
4. Supervision of Work-in-Progress Sites.
5. Ensure prompt payment collection from the customers as per defined payment terms.
6. Ensure work is completed as per customer expectation with good Net Promoter Score.
7. Bike mandatory.
