Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales and Customer Acquisition

Conduct direct, face-to-face interactions with potential customers in designated locations such as residential areas, markets, business hubs, retail stores, or corporate parks.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage in a clear and persuasive manner.

Demonstrate physical or digital products as needed, and answer customer questions effectively.

Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable product or plan.
2. Lead Generation and Follow-Up

Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, references, or promotional activities.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and regularly follow up with them.

Keep detailed records of lead status, customer interactions, and feedback.

Use available data (CRM tools, Excel sheets, or apps) to track conversion rates and follow-up schedules.
3. Sales Target Achievement

Work towards achieving individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Close sales efficiently and maintain high conversion rates through professional and consistent follow-ups.

Participate in daily sales meetings and share performance updates with managers.

Achieve KPIs related to lead coverage, client meetings, product demos, and closures.
4. Product and Market Knowledge

Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s offerings, product categories, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.

Stay updated on competitor products and market trends to handle objections effectively.

Provide feedback from the field to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and services.
5. Documentation and Reporting
-
Collect customer documents (KYC) and ensure they are properly verified and submitted.

Accurately record sales information, order forms, and customer details in the system or logbooks.

Submit daily activity reports and performance summaries to the Sales Manager.

Handle any post-sale service requirements by coordinating with the support team.
