Job Description
SOFT7 is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of SOFT7's products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Must Have a laptop and good internet connection
- Proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
