SOFT7 is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Executive to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
Present and demonstrate the value proposition of SOFT7's products and services.
Negotiate and close deals, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

Must Have a laptop and good internet connection
Proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
