Direct Tax Analyst

Drafting of Appeals and appearances with Seniors /Tax counsels
Preparation of legal briefs for tax head and counsels
Preparation of submission before CIT(Appeals)/ITAT/HC/SC
Income Tax Case Law Research and Tax updates
Hands on experience in lead managing tax assessments in Dept
Offering TDS opinions to Business Units
Experience in preparation of Contingent liability statements.
Knowledge in all facets of Direct taxation
Experience in managing tax audits and preparation and e-filing of tax returns in-house
Experience in preparation of advance tax workings and managing payments with AP
Experience in preparation of quarterly tax provision workings & settling doubts of Statutory Auditors
