Direct Tax Analyst
- Drafting of Appeals and appearances with Seniors /Tax counsels
- Preparation of legal briefs for tax head and counsels
- Preparation of submission before CIT(Appeals)/ITAT/HC/SC
- Income Tax Case Law Research and Tax updates
- Hands on experience in lead managing tax assessments in Dept
- Offering TDS opinions to Business Units
- Experience in preparation of Contingent liability statements.
- Knowledge in all facets of Direct taxation
- Experience in managing tax audits and preparation and e-filing of tax returns in-house
- Experience in preparation of advance tax workings and managing payments with AP
- Experience in preparation of quarterly tax provision workings & settling doubts of Statutory Auditors
