Key Responsibilities
1. Software Development

Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications and components according to business requirements.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards.

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.

Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
2. Testing and Debugging
-
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and resolve bugs efficiently.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements.

Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
3. Collaboration and Agile Practices
-
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers in an agile/scrum environment.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
4. Documentation and Reporting
-
Maintain technical documentation related to software design, code, and processes.

Report progress, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to write efficient and reusable code.
