Job Description
Director (Plan Evaluation and Monitoring).
Method of Recruitment and Eligibility Criteria. Deputation (including short term contract) : Officers of the Central Government, State Government. Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings, Recognised Research Institutions, Universities, Semi Government, Statutory or Autonomous Organisations: a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or d artment; or (ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.10,()()()- 15,200 (5th CPC) / PB-3 + G.P CPC) corresponding to Level 11 of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or uivalent in the nt cadre or department:
and possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: (i) Master's Degree in Economics or Statistics or Computer applications or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) possessing ten years experience in Research or Investigation work and supervising research or investigation, analysis of data, examination of implications of economic policies,
Scale of pay: Rs 12,000 - 375 - 16,500 (5th CPC)/ PB-3 Rs.15.600-39,lOO/- + G.P.Rs.7,600/- (6th CPC) corresponding to Level 12 Of Pay Matrix of 7dl CPC.
(Period of deputation/contract including period of deputation/contract in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/ department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 4(Four) years.
Number of Post: 01.
Age Limit:The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short term contract) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications).
