About Company
Tripura lies in a geographically disadvantageous location in India, as only one major highway, the National Highway 44, connects it with the rest of the country. Due to its geographical isolation, economic progress in the State is hindered. Most residents are involved in agriculture and allied activities, although the service sector is the largest contributor to the State’s gross domestic product. State Government is committed to extend all the basic services to its people like education, health care, connectivity, safe drinking water supply, housing etc. Emphasis is being given on promoting and encouraging participative and competitive sports in the rural areas. State Government has adopted the sports policy, the theme of which is “Sports for all”
