Role title: Discover Management Trainee (Giscover Graduate)
The Incumbent Is a Critical Member Of The _VOIS Vodafone Organization And Will Be Accountable For Ensuring, Creating And Driving The Following Key Agenda Within The _VOIS Organisation
Responsible for end-to-end management of all processes which form part of the Business as Usual responsibilities in the assigned function Understanding the dynamic business environment and stakeholders of the organization Responsible for the entire lifecycle, from initiation to implementation, of allocated projects Effective stakeholder management of the BAU processes and the allocated projects Identifying scope for greater value generation and contributing towards driving the organizational and unit level strategy Identifying areas of self-development to bridge the gap through learning by various means
