Job Description

Eligibility Criteria: The eligibility criteria are as follows:

 Minimum Qualification required is H.S.C completed

 Freshers can apply.

 Individual should be willing to work in any of the three shifts i.e. Morning, Evening & Night.

 Should own a computer system with 8GB of RAM.

 Should have an Internet/Wi-fi connection of 20 Mbps.

 Candidate should be based out of Mumbai.

 Strong communication skills in English.

Qualifying Criteria: Successful completion of training with the following criteria:

 Minimum of 7 days of experience across 5 training levels.

 At least 2 days spent on Level 1 and 2 consecutive passing days on Level 5.

 Minimum scores for both English and Hispanic levels:

 Levels 1 to 3: Productivity (20), Efficiency (70%), Accuracy (95%)

 Levels 4 and 5: Productivity (20), Efficiency (70%), Accuracy (97%)

 For English levels: Handle a minimum of 120 suspects per day with at least 30 spots titled.

 For Hispanic levels: Review a minimum of 300 suspects per day with at least 50 spots titled. Scores qualify for passing as soon as 100 titled spots are reached.

 On days when the trainer reviews mistakes or updates concepts, or when the trainee reads the Style Guide, promotion is based on hours spent working in the system.

Performance Requirements:

 Maintain minimum scores of Productivity (20), Efficiency (70%), and Accuracy (97%) monthly. Title a minimum of 500 spots monthly.

 Monthly accuracy will be determined by generating the Productivity Report any time after the 15th of the following month.

Additional Tasks:

 After completing 1 month in production and meeting performance expectations, additional tasks will be assigned, including:

 Music Sweeping: Determine if all suspects are music. If not, either send to spot suspect or junk.

 Station Monitoring: Ensure the station is playing the correct audio and report any technical issues to the Station Investigator.
