Job Description

Dispatch Assistant

1. To work on billing / Invoice generation.
2. To summarize ordered reports in the excel sheet/software in the specified forms and formats.
3. To prepare MIS & relevant reports in the required format from the System as per invoice.
4. E-Invoice submission through Mails, Hardcopy of the Invoices through Courier / Hand Delivery.
5. Ensuring timely Invoice and Supporting delivery as per plan.
6. To check Invoices accurately before submission.
7. Good Knowledge of Excel such as Vlookup, Pivot.
8. Must have good knowledge of computers.
9. Should know how to write a mail/letter & Has to be answerable to email on time.
10. Should be involved in daily administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, Photocopying & Scanning etc.
11. Should be Managing Dispatched and Pending Invoices & take responsibility.
12. Follow up with the Internal / External Team for Supporting data/copy.
