Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate and schedule dispatch activities

based on customer orders and production schedules.

Order Processing: Utilise SAP software to process orders, track

inventory, and generate necessary documentation (invoices, packing

lists, shipping labels).

Prepared dispatch documents, including invoices, E-Way Bills, delivery

challans, and packing lists.

Generated E-Way Bills through SAP ERP integrated with the GST E-Way

Bill Portal

Logistics Management: Monitor transportation arrangements (including

third-party logistics providers) to ensure timely delivery of goods while

minimising costs.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, track

stock movements, and conduct periodic stock checks.

Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to confirm delivery

schedules, address queries, and resolve any delivery-related issues

promptly.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all dispatched goods meet quality standards

and are packaged appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
