Job Description
Job : Dispatch Executive
*Understand the load requirements from the carriers
* Search, negotiate and book truckloads from various platforms
* Manage all the necessary paperwork involved from booking to post-delivery of the load
* Provide all the necessary support to the drivers from pickup to delivery
* Communicate with and manage carriers/drivers via phone and email about loads, trip planning, safety, pay, home time, hours of service, maintenance, and all other aspects
*Track truckloads in a timely fashion by communicating with drivers, freight brokers, shippers and customer representatives regarding pickup, deliveries, and status updates on CRM/TMS
* Maintain accurate computer dispatch and scheduling records to ensure smooth and accurate communication flow
* Ensure Driver has all paperwork and load info necessary to complete their load satisfying both customer expectations and HOS regulations
* Build and maintain healthy relationship with freight brokers and shippers Perform other job-related duties as assigned
