- Dispatch Executive had to communicate the tripper driver regarding the order deviation. this need to be communicated to the concerned sales person and a daily report on such deviation need to be sent to the d&l manager & sales head.
- Dispatch Executive has guide route to the tripper driver and ensure the material is dispatched at the right location.
- Dispatch Executive has to inform all night order customer about the vehicle and ensure the concerned person is available at the site to receive the material.
