Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.)

Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stock-outs

Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries

Plan and execute platform campaigns, deals, and offers

Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, banners, and product launches

Track sales performance, conversion rates, and platform analytics

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery by coordinating with logistics partners

Resolve platform-related issues, escalations, and seller support tickets

Maintain compliance with platform policies and guidelines
