District Data Manager/ State Account Officer recruitment in Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Gujarat
Qualification: PGDHM (Two year full time) with specialization in Health Stream / Masters in Health Management (Two year full time) / Master in Health Administration (Two year full time) / Masters in Public Health (Two year full time) / Masters in Social Work (Two year full time) with health programme related experience Experience: Having experience in management of national health programme at National / State / District level in either government or NGO settings. Honorarium: Entry Level consolidated honorarium @ Rs. 35000/- per month, based on qualification and experience (Consolidated honorarium will be paid @ Rs- 25,000/- per month on probation period. After the submission of Degree Certificate will be get consolidated honorarium @ 35000/- per month with effect from the date of joining)

4. District Data Manager
Qualification: The candidate must have M. Sc – Statistics (at least 50 % of Marks) or B.Sc. – Statistics (at least 55% of Marks), with adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office and minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience preferably in health.
Preference will be given to a candidate having additional qualification of Masters in Population studies or Diploma in Population studies and knowledge of software like GIS/SPSS/SAS/Epi. Info etc. Candidates should have expertise in using MS office at least MS Word [having at least good knowledge in word processing], Excels [having knowledge of at least data analysis and preparation of charts/ graphs], ‘Power Point’ [having knowledge of at least preparation of presentation and making a show in logical manner as desired by the controlling officers] and ‘Access’ [at least for database management].
5. State Account Officer
Qualification: Chartered Accountant with One year Experience or Cost Accountant with one year exp. or member of Central or State Accounts Service with one year Experience or MBA with specialization in financial management with 3 years experience.
Qualification: 1. M.B.B.S. Preference will be given to candidate having qualification of DPH or DPHM.
Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- per Month OR 2. BAMS/ BHMS + DPH or DPHM or MPH.
Remuneration: Rs.30, 000/- per month
Age: 45 years or below (in exceptional cases age upto 60 years may be considered)
Salary: Rs 15,000/- to 25,000/- depending upon qualification
8. Microbiologist
Qualification: In order of preference either of the below: a. Medical Graduate with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma (preferably in Microbiology, Virology, Pathology and other lab sciences) b. Medical Graduate with 2 years experience in clinical laboratory sciences c. M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology .
Experience: a) Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Medical Microbiology. b) Experience of working in public health systems, implementation of laboratory quality assurance systems, assessing and organizing training programs and proven ability for planning and undertaking operational research would be desirable.
Age: 45 years or below (in exceptional cases age up to 60 years may be considered)
9. Consultant (Child Health)
Qualification: MD (Pediatrics) preference to those with DPH or equivalent qualification / M. D. (PSM) / MPH (with Medical qualification), Health Management (With medical qualification)
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience of child health Programme/any Health Programme either in Govt. or NGO settings including that during Post graduate at National or State level. / Minimum 3 years experience as a senior faculty in the Department of Pediatrics/PSM (Associate professor / professor) in a medical college Minimum 3 years experience in district hospital as Pediatrician.
Age limit: 35-65 yrs
Honorarium: Maximum consolidated honorarium @ Rs. 50,000/- per month, based on qualification and experience. Pay minus pension for retired officer
Qualification and Experience: Post Graduate degree in Zoology (Entomology) or Life Sciences. For life sciences candidate, Zoology as one of the subjects a graduate level is must. And Experience of implementing vector control strategies.
Minimum of 1 year's experience of working in a health program is desirable.
Age: Should not be above 40 years and ready to travel extensively. Age can be relaxed in exceptional cases.
Salary: Rs. 32000/per month consolidated
11. Medical Trainer – Skill Lab
Experience: 2 years experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology department. Candidate should have an aptitude for training and willing to travel for mentoring visits.
Age Limit: 45 years

Education: Essential Post Basic Diploma in Nurse Practitioner Midwifery or BSc Nursing or Post Basic BSc Nursing (Candidate should meet registration requirements of the Gujarat Nursing Council).

Salary: Rs. 30000/ per month + Rs. 5000/per month for accommodation + Rs. 1000/per month mobile reimbursement
13. Accountant
Qualification: Graduate in commerce with Diploma / Certificate in computer applications. Knowledge of, M.S Office. Basic skills in office management and filling systems. Good typing and data entry skills in English & Gujarati.
Essential: A Post graduate Veterinary degree in Veterinary Public Health or Veterinary Epidemiology of Veterinary Medicine or Veterinary Microbiology or Veterinary Pathology. Three years experience in Veterinary Public Health or Veterinary Epidemiology or Animal Health.
Registration in the Veterinary council of India or State Veterinary council under Indian Veterinary council Act. 1984. OR A Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry as listed in the First & Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary council Act. 1984.
