District Judge job recruitment in High Court of Karnataka
High Court of Karnataka recruiting 26 Vacancies for the post
of District Judge
Qualification: Must be holder of a degree in Law granted by
a University established by Law in India; Must be practicing as an Advocate in
the High Court or in a Subordinate Court on the last date fixed for receipt of
applications and must have so practiced for a period not less than SEVEN years
as on such date.

Age Limit :
Must not have attained the age of Forty-Eight years in the case of candidates
belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes and Forty-Five years in the
case of others, as on the last date fixed for receipt of Applications.
Salary Range : Rs.51550-
Rs.63070 Per Month
Preliminary Examination Fee: The Candidate shall remit an
amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only). But, in the case of candidate
belonging to SC/ ST/ Category-I, the fee payable shall be Rs.250/
Selection Procedure : The Competitive Examination for
recruitment of District Judges shall consists of 3 stages namely
(a) Preliminary Examination
(b) Main Examination and
(c) Viva-voce.
