Job Description
The District Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the sales, dealership, and distribution network of SPVAIG Automobiles within the assigned district. The role involves driving revenue growth, ensuring dealer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s presence in the electric vehicle market.
Key Responsibilities-
Dealer & Distributor Development

Identify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors across the district.

Conduct regular visits to dealerships to ensure proper brand representation.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Team & Performance Management

Train and motivate sales executives/field officers.

Track performance reports and ensure achievement of KPIs.

Customer & Market Engagement
-
Ensure smooth customer experience and after-sales service coordination.

Collect customer/market feedback to improve products and services.

Operations & Reporting

Maintain proper documentation, dealer agreements, and compliance.

Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to higher management.
