Job Description
Medical Officer to work as a team leader in ensuring all the activities at the center and the field go smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor and supervise the staff.
- Keep a check on their roles and activities on a daily basis.
- Monitor and supervise the TMT at the patient end.
- Ensure that the data entered by him/her is correct and complete
- Check and correct the reports / registers maintained by the staff periodically
- Monitor the laboratory processes; check on a periodic basis, their activities, records and stock maintenance.
- Correct them as and when necessary.
- Ensure the medicines stock is maintained adequately by the pharmacists.
- Inform the concerned (operations) when the stocks are nearing the reserve stock level.
- Keep a check on the records, registers, reports maintained for stock management.
- General and systemic examination of the Obstetric beneficiary
- High risk cases and complications identification and referral for specialist video consultation
- Entering all the doctor fields of the software application completely and accurately
- Providing treatment advice to the beneficiaries according to standard treatment guidelines or as advised by the specialist through video consultation
- Beneficiary education and counselling
- Regular training and orientation of the staff to ensure ideal workforce
