Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Responding to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
3. Create highly structured (literally medical text-book style) clinical notes, summarize findings and insights-with sections such as history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, assessment details, treatment plan etc.
4. Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record.(ehr)
5. Maintain clinical note quality using documentation norms and physician preferences
Benefits: (Only for candidates living outside Mumbai)
1. Only 15 days accommodation in Mumbai.
2. One way travel fare to Mumbai.
Note:* Remote interview.* 3 months training will be provided along with the salary.
