Job Description

Looking for 1 to 2 Ph.D. Scholars for the 2D Materials and Devices Laboratory, SRM University-AP.

Research Area: Two-Dimensional (2D)

Materials : Growth and characterization of novel 2D layered materials (TMDs, TMOs, Borophene, MXenes). Development of 2D-material-based field-effect transistors, photodetectors, Sensors and Neuromorphic Devices. Design of flexible all-solid-state supercapacitors and catalysts for hydrogen evolution.
Eligibility: Master’s degree (M.Sc./M.Tech/M.S.) in a relevant field such as Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Nanoscience, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Fellowship:1st and 2nd Year : 36000 p.m 3rd and 4th Year : 41000 p.m
