Eligibility:
• Education: Graduates – BSc, B. Com, BA, B. Tech, LLB
• Education: Graduates – BSc, B. Com, BA, B. Tech, LLB
• 0-3 years’ experience (Corporate experience preferred)
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
Responsibilities of Review Analysts:
• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data capture.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
Responsibilities of Review Analysts:
• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data capture.
• Identify the PII & PHI information from email and documents and extract the same
• Fixes issue with data files as per the guidelines
• Transfers information from scanned files including Images, PDF’s, Microsoft files, into a set format • Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
• Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
• Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
• Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.
• Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.
- Data breach reviews focus on finding individual and business PII and PHI information in the breached documents.
- This makes them different from other types of document review projects, such as litigation reviews and due diligence reviews, which focus on identifying information responsive to the client’s protocol.
- The Associate will be responsible to Process/Segregate/Cleanse/Review the data provided in various formats as per the requirement of the process that change from time to time using Relativity platform/4IG should be proficient in using relevant software tools & eye to detail on document review.
