Prepare, manage, and maintain technical documents, datasheets, manuals, and project reports

Understand client requirements and translate them into clear technical documentation

Assist in preparing techno-commercial offers and proposals

Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation

Provide technical solutions and clarifications to clients as needed

Review and update documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards

Maintain proper documentation records and version control

Support internal teams in organizing and presenting technical information effectively
Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential)
Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of mechanical components and systems
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work across departments
