• Documentation on various Sathguru Products at different stages of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Translating technical information into simple Understandable English Language
• Responsible for preparing presentations to support Pre Sales and New developments/releases
• Develop/ Edit User Manuals, Training Manuals/Materials and Help Files as per the standards
• Preparation of Power Point Presentation, Product Profile
• End User Training and Online Help to the End Users/ Clients
• Collaborate with software development team throughout the product life cycle to acquire needed information for documentation
• Manage source files, create and maintain version control for documentation
• Responsible for maintaining and updating the documentation repository (User Manuals, Change Requests)
• Responsible for researching on new documentation innovation across IT industries

Candidate’s Profile:

• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Concepts and Documentation.
• Basic knowledge on UML concepts and Tools (Visio)
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel & Power Point
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Knowledge on ERP Products
