The general function will be to analyze specifications designs logic writes code customizes products tests debugs and documents software Needs to be familiar with the software development lifecycle and configuration management Will consult with other developers to ensure compatibility with other modules and applications Also consults with users and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met Coordinate with other technical teams and enforces change management policies Will keep informed and trained in advances in their specific field 

REQUIREMENTS 

Capable of performing effectively in a team or alone and unsupervised Proactively seeks innovative solutions to problems Communicates effectively with team members and management May require specialized pharmaceutical industry experience and or knowledge of particular products 5 7 years actively serving in a Documentum Lead Architect Developer role is required with a proven ability to design and implement Documentum based global solutions Experienced in designing high availability systems Intimate knowledge of Documentum versions 4 and 5 Knowledge of all Documentum products and services and the ability to implement them as needed Ability to review EMC design documentation and provide input on consistency across applications more efficient appropriate solutions and optimal usage of resources hardware software and development Ability to communicate with and influence customers Ability to provide technical and strategic leadership to both the client and development resources Ability to work with team members and resources across organizations to develop common processes standards and guidelines and execute accordingly Ability to obtain buy in on and enforce adherence to process and procedure Ability and willingness to document infrastructure build process for a reproducible setup Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi task and prioritize across projects
