Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visiting clients' homes at the scheduled time
2. Taking dogs of various breeds and sizes for a one-on-one, 30 or 60 min walk
3. Picking up and disposing of droppings during walks, you will receive gloves, bags, and a poop scoop
4. Wiping the dog's paws and brushing them after every walk, you will receive a brush and wipes
5. Handling admin duties
6. Handling a minimum of 6 dog walks per day (30 or 60 minutes long)
Note: If selected, you will receive training in basic canine behavior. Walkers who undertake 6 dog walks for 30 minutes walk per day can expect a minimum of 12,000 per month.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 29th Dec'20 and 2nd Feb'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from Mumbai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Must have good communication skills with any prior experience walking or working with dogs will be given preference
2. Must be able to demonstrate your love and compassion for dogs
3. Must have your own vehicle and valid identification documents
4. Dog owners or ex-dog owners will be given preference
5. Must be extremely punctual & reliable as you will earn based on a number of walks completed
6. You need to be available in the morning and in the evening for a few hours since most dogs walk twice a day
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (âš 2080 per 30 minutes daily walk, monday to friday ).
