Job Description

Domain Expert Job Opportunity In Bank of Baroda on Retainership basis

Educational Qualifications: Degree from IIT, Indian School of Mines or Other Reputed Engineering Colleges or Major Institutes of High Specialization

Work Experience (post acquiring educational qualification): Minimum 25 years in the relevant field of expertise

Age: Not more than 65 years

Competence & skills: Fully up-to-date with current domain developments and possesses hands on experience in any or all of

a) Preparing project feasibility studies

b) Execution and implementation of projects

c) Plant operations and also have extensive experience in other aspects including evaluation of technologies, project contracts, commercials, dealing with various government and other agencies, relating to the sectors specified.

Experience: Retired senior executives from PSUs or equivalent not in full time employment of any company and able to maintain an arm's length relationship with the company / group in respect of whose project(s), services of Consultants may be availed by the Bank

Remuneration: As decided by the Bank

Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview of short-listed candidates. The Bank reserves the right to change (cancel/ modify/ add) any of the criteria, method of selection and provisional allotment etc. Bank may send call letters for Interview of short-listed candidates through email / letter. Selection will be done at the sole discretion of the Bank after interview of shortlisted candidates.
