Domain Support Specialist Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for domain-related issues and user access.

• Troubleshoot domain login, authentication, and connectivity problems.

• Manage Active Directory users, groups, permissions, and password resets.

• Support DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and basic network troubleshooting.

• Monitor servers and domain services to ensure availability.

• Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing tools.

• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex technical issues.

• Maintain technical documentation and follow SLA guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.

• Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN.

• Knowledge of troubleshooting and incident management.

• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Linux, cloud services, or networking is an advantage
