Job Description

Wanted Domestic Customer Support 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint. 
  • Determining the cause of the problem. 
  • Expediting correction or adjustment. Following up to ensure resolution. 
  • Resolve customer complaints via Call or Chat. 
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. 
  • Making sure that customer's Issues are attended and all of their concerns are resolved immediately. 

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication.
  •  Proven customer support experience. 
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment. 
  • Graduates/Undergraduates both can apply.
  •  Freshers/Exp can also apply. 
  • Salary: 10k to 15k.
