Sourcing resumes from job portals/engines, databank, employee references, networking / professional websites
Responsible for taking care of the recruitment process starting from sourcing profiles.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintaining an internal database of consultants as per their skill sets.
Excellent sourcing skills.
Strong Experience in stakeholder and candidate management.
Should have good technical knowledge.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and to understand overall needs and requirements.
Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle, Confident and Interactive personality.
