Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support role (preferably in food delivery or e-commerce).
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM is mandatory.
