Job Description

  • Carefully analyze the requirements as per client needs.
  • Posting the job on job portals.
  • Check for available candidates in the various portals and reach out to them to seek their interest.
  • Review the resumes thoroughly and shortlist suitable matches.
  • Establish communication between the client and the consultants.
  • Coordinate the interviews.
  • Coach and prepare candidates through the client interview process.
  • Regularly remain in touch with the client, consultant regarding the updates.
  • Maintaining and updating the database of consultants.
  • Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment and end-to-end recruitment and sourcing, screening.
  • Regularly providing feedback to the Consultants.
  • Worked on Contracts, Contract to Hire, and full-time positions for clients in Domestic staffing.
  • Good experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Shine, and other job portals.
