Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and results-driven Domestic Telecaller to join our customer service/sales team. As a Domestic Telecaller, your role will primarily focus on reaching out to customers within the country to promote our products/services, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales or provide assistance. You will be responsible for initiating conversations with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys interacting with people over the phone, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling and Customer Engagement

Make outbound calls to domestic customers from the provided lead lists or CRM system.

Introduce and explain the company’s products or services to customers.

Respond to customer inquiries, answer their questions, and provide relevant information in a professional and friendly manner.

Build rapport and trust with customers through effective communication.
2. Sales and Lead Generation

Promote and upsell company products/services during customer interactions.

Identify customer needs and recommend the best-suited product or service offering.

Qualify leads by gauging customer interest and schedule follow-ups or handovers to the sales team for closing.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the team leader/manager.
3. Database Management

Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system or spreadsheets with accurate details of interactions, inquiries, and sales conversions.

Track customer interactions and ensure proper follow-ups are conducted to drive conversions.

Maintain records of customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions for reporting to management.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Handle customer objections or complaints politely and provide suitable solutions where possible.

Follow up with leads or customers who have shown interest or requested additional information.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking

Report daily or weekly progress on sales conversions, lead status, and any challenges faced to the team leader or manager.

Keep track of the number of calls made, sales generated, and goals achieved.

Share insights about customer behavior, preferences, and market trends that can help improve sales strategies.
6. Continuous Learning and Product Knowledge

Stay updated on product details, offers, and industry trends to better inform and assist customers.

Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance communication and sales skills.

Actively engage in team meetings, share feedback, and provide input on process improvements.
