Job Summary:
A Domestic Voice Process Executive is responsible for handling customer interactions over the phone in a domestic (within-country) business environment. Domestic Voice Process Executives work as part of a call center or customer service team and are often the first point of contact for customers. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction via Phone:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from customers within the country.

Ensure customer concerns are resolved in the first call whenever possible.

4. Sales and Cross-Selling (if applicable):

Meet daily or monthly sales and upselling targets if the role includes a sales component.
5. Data Entry and Documentation:

Log details of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the CRM or support tool.

Maintain accurate and complete records for quality audits and process reviews.

Ensure data privacy and follow organizational guidelines on confidentiality.
6. Quality and Compliance:

Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Adhere to customer service standards, internal policies, and compliance requirements.

Participate in quality assurance reviews and implement feedback from supervisors or QA teams.
Core Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in regional languages and/or Hindi and English.
