Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow call scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain proper call records and update customer details in CRM systems.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets (quality, productivity, and CSAT).
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.
Adhere to company policies, attendance, and shift schedules.

Required Skills:

Excellent spoken English communication skills
Neutral or international accent preferred
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
