3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.
4. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

6. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
7. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements:
  • Decent command on spoken English with fluency.
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment.
  • Any Graduate can apply.
  • Min 1 Years of BPO Experience required.
  • 6 Days Working
