BeezLabs is currently recruiting a full-time Programmers to develop, create, and modify computer programs or specialized utility programs throughout our company and its clients. S/he will be tasked with analyzing user needs and developing appropriate business/software solutions. Candidate should have a flair for designing and customizing software programs for specific client use. Successful applicants will be well versed in research, design, development, and testing of software.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to consistently produce clean, efficient code based on client specifications
• Work as a team and bring in new ideas and improvements to create/improve new/existing solutions respectively
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Excellent communication skills needed to gather and evaluate user feedback
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to recommend and execute improvements
• Commitment to optimization and accountability evident in creating technical documentation for reference and reporting
• Willingness to work in shifts at times based on the requirement

Requirements and Qualifications

• Require good problem solving, logical reasoning and analytical skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new computer languages and technologies
• Excellent knowledge of any coding language among C#, Java, JavaScript, .NET, SAP ABAP and frameworks/systems like Git.
• Any bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with good understanding of software design and development
• Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies

• Require good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
