Job Description
- Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming
applications and components
.
- Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the
functions of the job and maintains documentation of process flow.
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not
limited to SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
- Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications.
- Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives, preparing an action
plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
- Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
- Create technical specifications and test plans.
- Good knowledge about HTML and XML mark-up languages as these are essential
for any web development task.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills while solving a problem and
optimizing the overall application.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills while dealing with tough scenarios
during coding, development and testing phases.
- Understanding the life cycle of software.
- Ideal candidates should possess 2-4 years of experience and have the ability to work and
consult with colleagues as well as contribute individual Ideas for development and
enhancement.
- Ability to work closely with Project Head/leads of the company as well as members of all
levels in the organisation.
- Suggest new methodology for Product Development.
- Understand and deliver based on time line provided by Project Head/Lead.
