Roles & Responsibilities

• You need to go through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation and support implement all aspects of an application design - high performance design, coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability and development environment configuration.
• Perform unit and system level testing on applications.
• Needs to have the ability to correlate technical issues with business environment.
• Should be very competent and comfortable with the technology and who can independently provide solution.
• He also should be able to provide technical leadership/mentoring to the team.
• Good communication and academic background.
